Soon my fans, soon!

I've slowly been getting mother dear ready for my coming with some twinges in the nether region from time to time. I don't think she appreciated it much the other night on the car ride home from work. Apparently, there was loads of traffic on the highway and twinges in the nethers and bumper to bumper action don't mix.

My parents are friends with some gamblers who are betting on my emergence. The pot is now at $50. You can check out some details at http://maternity.onefortyone.com. There is even a prediction pot as to what my name is going to be. This is because like the GoGos , mom and dad's lips are still sealed. The names that people pooled in will be revealed soon, just keep checking . And if someone gets it right..they win a $15 itunes card. Door prizes are kinda cool. Plus, I like to keep you people on your toes.

Mommy's Friend Shower

Now here are some moments in time from the shower put on by mom's friends this last Saturday.

There was a game where the ladies had to make a baby out of bubble gum. Haven't these women ever seen babies before. I mean seriously, alot of the creations looked like some crazy alien from Xenu or something. The winners of this game were Allison and Lisa (2 of mommy's old work buds). Thankfully, their gum baby actually looked like a baby.

The ladies at the shower played another game and that was the "Guess Amy's Tummy Circumference Size" game. Sound fun? Well it was. A nice lady name Heidi won. She's a high school math teacher. Its kinda obvious that she was going to win.

Thanks again to all the lovely gifts. Special thanks to the nursing pads. Those will come in handy for momma. And dad will probably appreciate the leakage protection.

Surprise Surprise!!!!

This week mom was surprised by her friends at work. They threw her a shower. (woo hoo!) Yup...more food and presents for me!! The cake was awesome and look at my mom...she looks all hot and flustered, which in turn made me all hot and flustered by default. She really didn't know what hit her.
